"The hotel needs pre notification if you need housekeeping. But I already pre notified needed housekeeping, there’s no housekeeping at all. When I asked front desk, she said she is new in hotel and doesn’t know all the rooms numbers and location yet. I think this is not a good reason."

"Hotel is a bit dated and would benefit from refurbishment. Staff were friendly and attentive. Receptionist on arrival was very untidy looking and should be encouraged to use deodorant. Ok for a  quick overnight business stay."
