This was my second stay at this property. I like the welcoming setup with thoughtful details like an array of coffee and tea choices. The beds are very comfortable, and the living area is pleasant to hang out in. Everything was scrupulously clean.

Wonderful!
This was our home for 18 days while we had renovations at our home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Zero complaints. Clean and comfortable, thoughtfully stocked kitchen, with full appliances, a Keurig, and a nice front porch with swing.The beds were very clean and comfortable.We would stay here again!

Perfect weekend stay
Super clean and well furnished. Had everything one would need for an easy stay. Thanks for providing coffee and bottles of water! We were in town to see family and for a wedding. The property is very convenient to the White Iron Ridge venue and downtown Smithville. Great experience!

Comfortable cottage in Smithville
This two bedroom house is attractive, very clean, and set up considerately for guests. We needed extra sleeping space during a family gathering, and it was a comfortable and restful place to hang out. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nice. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find a Keurig coffee maker and a tea kettle with a supply of coffee pods and tea. It had everything we needed for our visit.

We had a good time there. Communication was good and the hosts were nice. Place was clean and located in a quiet and cute neighborhood. Definitely felt welcomed the whole time!
