Nice hotel, large quiet rooms. Breakfast fine but certainly not lavish. They charge you to use the sauna which for a 5 star hotel is a bit cheeky

Everything was excellent, except for the fact that parking had to be paid. I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that a 5-star hotel with private parking onsite is charging its guests a parking fee. Common sense is not very common in Bulgaria.

Rooms are spacious. Amenities are sufficient such as shampoo, shower gel and slippers. Breakfast has many choices. Reception helped us print the boarding pass, very helpful and friendly.

A somewhat old building It was a bit difficult to find after getting off the subway Breakfast was good There were too many picture frames hanging everywhere, so it was distracting

The hotel is also lovely. It's conveniently located, perfect for sightseeing. The sauna was also very good. I'd love to stay here again.

The hotel has complete facilities, including a restaurant, swimming pool, and fitness room. The front desk staff is also very friendly. The room is also very large. Although the decoration style is a bit nostalgic, the overall experience is very good.

definitely not a 5 star. rude employees, reception always empty, breakfast with the bare minimum, poor cleaning in 3 days they never cleaned the floor or removed the dust, the second day they didn't even change the towels. also I asked if I could do a late checkout and I was told only for a fee. and this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel???
