I recently stayed at the Sofia Novotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a busy day. The beds were perfect—not too firm and not too soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated just across the street from a shopping mall, which made it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The only downside was the gym, which is quite small and lacks heavy free weights and a pull-up bar. While it’s fine for a basic workout, those looking for a more comprehensive fitness setup might be disappointed. All in all, Sofia Novotel is a great choice for its location, comfort, and service, but fitness enthusiasts might find the gym facilities limited. I would definitely stay here again!

This is my 3rd time staying at Novotel Sofia for my business trip, the location is good, easy look for food..

Clean, perfect location, free parking. The beds are a bit hard and it would be better of you guys check whether the bottles of water in the rooms are full; mines were empty.

Great hotel.

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is very clean. It must be a new hotel. The facilities are also new. It is very convenient to be next to a supermarket. The front desk service is good. The check-out was two hours late on the last day. Thank you very much. I hope to come again in the future.

They don't clean the room every day, and even if they do, they don't change the towels. That's really not good.

The facilities are modern and the service is excellent. However, they do not provide bottled water. You have to take your empty bottles to the water dispenser in the corridor to get water.

Not bad, pretty good

Bad reception, non-existent problem solving. Nervous and angry staff. We entered the arrival date wrong, did not use the service and paid for nothing. They had no qualms about washing their hands with the service rpovider, which then transpired that they confirmed check-in without us ever arriving at the facility. Very bad. Never again.

位置停車方便，早飯也不錯，屋子很安靜，wifi穩定也很快，酒店內有酒吧餐廳，旁白有個大shopping mall，購物方便，去市中心打車也不貴

很棒的飯店 離機場很近 但不在市區 不過搭公車很快就到市區 旁邊有很大間的百貨公司可以逛 早餐很不錯 房間很大很乾淨 很喜歡的飯店

Novotel Sofia 位置方便，鄰近機場，旁邊有shopping Mall，有食肆，有超級市場，只需幾分鐘就到，超方便！
