This was my second time at Hemus , staff were extremely friendly and rooms were nice as always, it’s a 4 star hotel with slightly dated fitments so pls manage expectations but it’s good value for money and great connections to city center. Highly recommend for value for money

It was an amazing experience staying in Hemus hotel in Sofia I highly recommend it to anyone want to travel to Sofia easy access to every where and full city view

The hotel does what it takes to rest and little more. The room is quite dated and in the bathroom I found a bug running around on the floor. The location is fine, right next to a metro station. The staff is surly, giving the impression that they are doing you a favor.

The location is good. The toilet is a bit old. There is a subway and bus complex downstairs. It is very convenient. It only takes 10 minutes to go to the city. The price is acceptable. Overall, it is a very good hotel. I will stay here again next time.

It is a little far from the city and the facilities are relatively old, but it is clean and tidy, reminding people of guest houses in China, but it is cheaper and has a nice view from the high floors.

Old style structure. Room on the 14th floor very dated and very small. Non-existent room services. Not even a bottle of water. Desolately empty bar fridge. Very small bathroom. Price too high for the quality offered. Very kind reception

The room is compact, has a work desk, the bathroom is relatively small, and the view is good. It is next to the No. 2 subway station and the European Union Station. There is a large supermarket diagonally opposite. Life is more convenient. There is a Crystal Museum and a big park next to it.

Not recommended, except for the price

I really liked the location. Near metro and shopping center. The view from the window of the 16th floor on the mountains is amazing. There is central heating and powerful air conditioning. Delicious breakfasts.

The hotel is very old, the rooms are old, outdated, the bathroom is very small and old. But the location is excellent, there is free parking near the hotel and paid underground parking. Overall ok for 1 night.
