People smoke in the restaurant and the cigarette smoke can be felt throughout the entire hotel and we felt it in our room. At 4:00 and 5:00 am, two nights in a raw, the cleaning crew was dragging heavy steel tables on the tile floor in the restaurant, so the sound and the vibration woke us up. We had to go down to explain them that we cannot sleep in these conditions. The first day they promised us that it would not happen again, but the second day was another crew, so they ruined our sleep. The first day, the cleaning lady unlocked the door to our room and walked in without knocking.
