I ordered a beer and I was at the edge of the pool and I was having the drink and a man came up and told me that Yeni should have it outside. Okay, it hadn't been 40 minutes and we already wanted to leave, the truth is that the place was a little boring, after 5 minutes a man ordered wine and they told him that he had to drink it outside as it wasn't allowed in the pool, the man showed his Angry because I pay to stay 2 nights and if I think so and as an observation it is that they allow drinks in the pool, who wants to have a wine outside the pool in the cold. It is something ridiculous and although these are their standards, it seems to me that at a national level in customer service they are very poorly off. For me, it would be difficult for me to return and I think for many people, and I say this because I took the trouble to read each of the comments and it has a huge flaw, which is customer service, which is the life of a hotel.

Un lugar para alejarse del ruido, para descansar , con personal muy muy amable y dispuesto, la comida muy buena. Relax total..

La atención de su personal no hay ningún punto negativo, amables y siempre atentos. habitaciones con baños sin remodelar, muy pobres en su presentación, toallas muy duras sin suavizantes. Zonas húmedas sin remodelar, lo mismo de hace 30 años, pisos del baño turco lamentable con parches de cemento y la piscina la escalera de entrada baldosín de hace 30 años muy deteriorado. Mi consejo no dejen decaer el hotel y hagan las mejoras necesarias y que están a la vista.
