It good if you are travel in Saitama, because my plan was in Saitama only, but still easy to go Ueno with Hibiya line and near to Koshigaya Laketown that is my favorite shopping in Japan, if you came from Haneda Airport it easy to take a bus and drop to Kitasenju and take a train to Soka.

Excellent location, clean, generally recommended, but unfortunately there is no non-smoking room when booking half a month in advance, the smell of smoking room is choking, tears are flowing. The wall wallpaper and curtains are all smoky, there is no wardrobe in the room, and the clothes hanging on the wall are all smoky. It takes only 5 minutes to get there from the exit, and the  check in  check out is done by the machine, no manual operation is required. Breakfast is included, Japanese breakfast, you need to queue up from 6:30, and you can store it. It was Dokkyo University interview that day, and many high school students checked in.
