The hotel was incredibly clean, and the interior design was exactly my style. The bedroom, separated by a glass wall, felt very cozy and comfortable. The beach right behind the hotel was absolutely perfect and ideal for a morning stroll. I went without high expectations because of the lower price, but I was absolutely blown away and kept exclaiming in delight! Everything from the parking lot and elevator to the lobby and the room itself was impressive.

It's new, so it's very clean. The standard studio rooms offer a city view, but I think the higher floors might actually be better because you get a great view of Seoraksan Mountain. You can see plenty of the ocean anyway if you just go across the street to the Caffe Bene. Everything is great, but there are only four elevators, so you might have to wait a bit longer during peak season.

Looking for a family trip accommodation for the ***** New Year holiday, I stumbled upon this newly built hotel and booked it right away. We were assigned a room on the 22nd floor, and as soon as we checked in, everyone was amazed by the expansive ocean view. The last day coincided with ***** New Year's Day, and it was wonderful to be able to watch the sunrise together from the living room. There were four of us staying, and the heating worked well in every room, with all the necessary appliances readily available, making it perfect for preparing simple meals. Also, I personally found the contactless check-in/check-out system very convenient. We had to book this place in a hurry as everything else was fully booked, but true to a new building, the spacious parking and clean rooms were incredibly satisfying. I'd love to rebook if I visit Sokcho again!

However, the check-in instructions were very unclear, which might cause some confusion for first-time visitors. This is a fantastic hotel, the best I've stayed in, apart from the noise from the floor above and the drainage sounds, which were quite noticeable and a bit bothersome. I really liked having a bathtub, but it was quite high to get into, and the drain plug was awkwardly placed inside, making it a bit difficult. Plus, there were no handrails, which made me a bit nervous about slipping. Still, it's the best hotel I've ever been to.
