[Important Information]
1. Urban Stay offers direct check-in/check-out and does not have a front desk.
2. Room information (room number and password) will be sent to the email address registered at noon on the day of check-in. (If a domestic phone number or email address is not registered at the time of booking, it may be difficult to provide this information, so please confirm in advance.)
3. Room access is via a door lock key, so please make sure to review the information provided at check-in.
4. Please check in at the designated time using the room information provided on the day of check-in. (The door lock key will not function before the check-in time.)
5. If you need to store your luggage, you can do so from the morning of the day of check-in.
6. Please check the usage guide on our website for accurate accommodation information.
7. Please contact our customer service center for any questions regarding reservations and accommodations.

[Location and parking]

- One parking per room is allowed when parking is registered (additional vehicle parking is not allowed)
- You have to register for parking before check-in to use it for free. (If you do not register, you will be charged a parking fee and you cannot get a refund.)
Information on the entrance of the car
- Please follow the staff's guidance at the entrance of the parking lot on the first floor to the parking area.
- You have to proceed with the warehousing of the mechanical parking lot yourself.
- Vehicles using self-propelled parking spaces, such as SUVs and large vehicles, should park in the allocated space according to employee guidance.
- When allocating a self-propelled parking space, the staff will open the position stopper.
- During off-season nights, all stoppers are open without staff.

- Parking space may be scarce during peak seasons and weekends, and please use nearby roadside parking areas when full.
