Best experience holding a family reunion at Baikunth Resort Kasauli - special mention of Mr Ravi Gurung the property manager who was like a SUPERMAN - virtually multitasking everywhere. Fabulous experience we would like to repeat whenever we can do it again.

Serene and peaceful- driveable destination from Kalka/ Chandigarh (1.5-2 hours). Staff is extremely polite. Food is home like. Has small patches of lawns where one can sit and enjoy fresh air and view. Spacious rooms - a little dated though. Equipped with heaters. Visit with family / friends.

Excellent stay experience in ambience of beautiful nature, lush green land scape, amazing velly view, superior hospitality and quick service, food quality and service in restaurant also outstanding, spacious room with all safety measures, fire place is unique features of premium cottage, enjoyed thoroughly.

Nice big resort with beautiful views. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast Buffet is good with good variety. Evening Hi tea is served to all guests at 5PM. Gardens are being maintained beautifully . Staff made a lot of effort in celebrating mother's day . Cake cutting ceremonies was held in the restaurant at the time of Hi tea and individual cakes were also sent by Staff in the rooms as a part of celebrations. There is a scope of improvement in Bathrooms and cupboards.

Baikunth resorts in Kasauli stands out for its prime location away from the hustle and bustle nestled in the hills. It offers a breathtaking sunset view, exceptional food, top-notch cottages and accompanied by efficient service. Our experience during an office retreat was fantastic, with a delightful barbecue evening filled with fun and enjoyment. With excellent staff and service, this resort is highly recommended for family vacations and corporate trips. The room I occupied was generously sized and featured a sizable balcony. There are ample opportunities to take peaceful walks and find solitude without interruption. Baikunth Resort is highly recommended for a family getaway and corporate meets.

Okay stay. Place is old/dated and overpriced for what it is. Food is pretty average/bad. Wireless internet barely worked. TV is old. Location is good and so is property size

The location of the hotel is very nice and the superior room is decent enough. My mom wanted to have relaxed time and little walk around. The garden, balcony and quite natural sounds around were pleasant. Staff is very courteous and gentle. Food was nice but more healthy options can be added.
