Hotel is at the hilltop with best views,To add up each and every staff member is courteous and on the toes for delivering top notch service.will definitely come to same hotel if visiting Kasauli again

The property was well maintained and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. There were open spaces to sit in the sun and enjoy the high tea or watch a match. The rooms were spacious with clean linen and furnishing. In the premium room we enjoyed sitting in the balcony with friends amidst the pine trees. The food was varied and delicious. We recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxed yet entertaining holiday.

First of all don't get misled by the description on the web. This place is nowhere in Kasauli. It's under Kasauli Tehsil and is around 20 km from Kasauli town. The distance from Chandigarh on Google maps is 57 km if you take the deadly short cut which very bad for your car and unsafe with family. Sadly not even the hotel authorities give a travel map or guideline. ALWAYS TAKE THE KUMARHATTI NAHAN ROAD to reach this place. Once you reach , you will love the place. Beautiful views of hills. Take rooms with balcony or private garden. The play zone and pool are lovely. THEY DONT HAVE A HEATED POOL. So be careful . The food is excellent but variety is lacking in buffet. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is courteous and professional. Karuna, Reeta and Aman from the front desk are too good. Overall a lovely experience barring the travel route confusion

My husband and me are having a wonderful experience here. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and courteous. Few names which need special mention- Nidhi at the front desk, Soni , Rahul and Deepak in the restaurant

The property is an average, it’s doesn’t match ITC level of maintenance. But the staff at restaurant is great. Special mention for ansh, sonia and thankyou chef Shivraj for the best beetroot halwa and mutton of my life. You saved my vacation.

The Property, The Food, The Staff, The Service, The Music, Everything is just great… You are amongst the clouds all the time and it feels like HEAVEN!!! Chef Shivraj is awesome and knows hospitality to the core.. All in all it was a lovely experience..
