Hotel known almost by chance when booking a smartbox. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience: clean room, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every comfort, very kind and always available staff, abundant, varied and quality breakfast. We also made use of the outdoor pool and spa. The widespread hotel structure is particular and pleasant, which allows you to enhance historic houses and make known glimpses of the town. Perfect stays for those who want to spend days in total tranquility. Highly recommended!

Hotel diffuso noi eravamo nella struttura con piscina . Distanza breve per raggiungere la struttura principale e fare colazione . Camera carina arredata bene pulita . Fate attenzione ai moscerini che pizzicano di brutto . Specialmente se andate in centro a Cabras . Colazione ok . A disposizione biciclette ed altro noi abbiamo utilizzato gli ombrelloni . Non abbiamo provato il loro ristorante .

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, meedenkend en enthousiast. Hotel heeft een hoofdgebouw en 3 bijgebouwen. Alle 3 dicht bij het hoofdgebouw waar je kan ontbijten en dineren. Ondanks dat we laat aankwamen konden we toch nog reserveren voor het diner, welke uitstekend en verrassend was. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en afwisselend. De koffie was vers en heerlijk, geen kan maar in een kop. Elke dag op het hoger gelegen terras gezeten met mooi uitzicht en omringd door planten en bloemen. De 2 pers.standaardkamer Classic was in het gebouw Laguna, kamernr.1 op de 1e verdieping, lift aanwezig. Keurig netjes, ondanks dat we geen ramen hadden, was het licht doordat we een deur met glas naar een groot balkon hadden. Tafeltje en 2 stoelen en een heerlijk ruikende jasmijn. In de nacht hielden we de deur open vanwege de warmte en rook je de jasmijn. Airco is aanwezig maar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Bureau, koelkast en tv aanwezig. Douche, wastafel met kastje eronder, toilet. Alles was erg schoon, zo ook de gangen en trappen. Beneden was er ook ruimte om je fiets veilig neer te zetten.

Nie wieder. Wir waren für 2 Tage im Zimmer Pontis 3. Das Zimmer war ein dunkles Loch mit nur wenig natürlichem Licht über ein kleines Dachflächenfenster. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, wenn der Nachbar zur Toilette ging rauschte die Spülung durchs Zimmer. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, einzig die Frühstücksterrasse war sehr schön. Zum Pool musste man durch 2 Gebäude und über eine Strasse gehen. Die Bilder im Internet sind extrem geschönt.

L’hotel è bello e accogliente, ma la Spa è stata una delusione. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel proprio per la spa ed è stata un’esperienza pessima. Piscina fredda, perché avevano un problema i pannelli solari, così ci è stato risposto, spogliatoi pessimi, piccoli con wc dentro, si poteva entrare uno alla volta, considerato che eravamo in sei, abbiamo fatto la fila fuori coperti da un telo completamente bagnato. Niente accappatoi. Nello spogliatoio delle donne mancava il phon e sono rientrata in camera con i capelli bagnati. Ho comunicato alla reception il problema è mi hanno liquidato velocemente con - si il phon non c’è deve usare quello dello spogliatoio degli uomini. Sono rientrata nella camera laguna con i capelli bagnati alle 19.45. Anche in camera il phon non funzionava, dopo 10 minuti mi hanno portato un phon funzionante.

Abbiamo soggiornato in copia nella dimora Pontis più precisamente nella stanza numero otto con la jacuzzi nel soppalco. Stanza molto carina, con appunto un soppalco con una jacuzzi. Stanza molto carina che si affaccia sul giardino in più con la tessera della vostra dimora potrete visitare le altre due dimore dove in un’altra si trova la piscina all’aperto ad uso comune di tutti gli ospiti delle varie strutture.la colazione viene servita in una terrazza sopra la struttura centrale di questo albergo diffuso, purtroppo molto deludente. Colazione davvero deludente poiché anche i piatti che andrebbero serviti caldi erano freddi e pochi per il numero delle ospiti. Siamo arrivati a colazione alle 9:30 e molti piatti erano vuoti o semi vuoti. Però noi ad ottobre per quella stanza abbiamo pagato 170 € dove viene compresa un’ora e mezza nell’ora spa, dove potrete trovare una piscina riscattata con idromassaggio un bagno turco e una sauna.
