Average experience. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Room walls are full of moisture and mould, especially in the older chalets. Swimming pool are needs newer and more comfortable chairs and umbrellas. Towels are old and low quality. Food was good and entertainment for kids seemed great but focused on small kids around 5/6 years old.

Unica sugestão é ter um fogão a lenha, a comida seria muito mais saborosa. Não que não seja saborosa, mas ficaria ainda melhor. Queria deixar aqui um elogio para os meninos do bar da piscina, Marcos e Julio ...são muiiiiito simpáticos que fizerem toda diferença no hotel. Um elogio também para Ingrid do restaurante, muito prestativa e atenciosa. JÚLIO....que saudades da sua caipirinha de maracujá, foi a melhor da minha vida. Uma experiência muito importante, foi eu ter esquecido uma blusa e eles terem enviado pra mim, a blusa tinha um grande significado e importância. Obg

Quartos novinhos, camas grandes e confortáveis, alimentação bem servida e rústica, comida tipo raiz mesmo, de roça. As piscinas são quentinhas, todas elas climatizadas e uma aquecida com sauna, viemos no outono e mesmo assim deu para aproveitar todas elas. Achei que o cloro da piscina estava um pouco forte, único ponto de melhoria para elas. No lago dá para brincar e até pegar uns peixinhos, vale a brincadeira. Recreação pode melhorar e diversificar um pouco mas de modo geral meus filhos curtiram muito. Dentre os hotéis fazenda na mesma categoria, valeu muuuuito o custo benefício, achei o hotel muito bem equipado para diversão de crianças e adultos.

Contratamos de última hora e fomos muito bem atendidos. O hotel superou nossas expectativas com infraestrutura excelente, restaurante e quartos também. Único ponto a melhorar é o horário de checkin e checkout que é muito cedo. Seria mais adequado, até por conta da distância, ajustar para o padrão utilizado em outros hotéis de mesma categoria.
