Travelodge Solihull

I have sometimes found Travel Lodges a bit variable but this one was lovely. Nice staff, very clean room, and well organised and excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault the stay at all.

Very lovely staff. Had an excellent stay. Location is excellent car park is free and convenient. Recommend to anyone and we will come back. Very close to station breakfast was great . Convenient location . Rooms are lovely size we had a comfortable stay

The staff in this hotel are friendly. We requested a cot before arrived, but had to request imagine when we arrived in the hotel....not a problem the lovely staff brought it really quickly (remember you will have to bring blankets and sheets for the cot and there is no padding on the base so something for your baby to sleep on will be helpful otherwise the base is really hard and not suitable for a new born) There is on site parking in this hotel but remember to add your number plate in the machine at the reception. Beds in this hotel are quite uncomfortable and didn't have a good night sleep. Room overall was ok. The hotel is in a nice location and has easy access to amenities with the centre 10 minutes walk away.

Arrived in the room, very basic but clean and tidy. Bathroom had weird smell which came, I think, from the sink. Towels for one person only, no telephone to call for another set to be sent up. Breakfast was, again I think, expensive, but it was good and edible.

The hotel is just a stone throw from the station. I stayed for three nights with my two other friends for an event in the weekend. The room was more spacious than I expected. We've got two small single bed and one double bed. The bathroom was clean and neat as well.

The team were lovely. We were forced into the travelodge after breaking down and they were very understanding and accommodating. Room was just a bog standard family room bit everything we requested was given. The food was as expected. A few things I would nite is there was no lock on toilet door which my 2 Yr old loved! The light switches were the perfect height for my 2 Yr old to play disco with and the window wouldn't open so was a bit stuffy however we were given a fan to help with the heat
