The location is wonderful, the hotel grounds are super, there are hot springs. The room is good, comfortable, there are places to store hangers, a comfortable bath.
Lots of greenery and flowers, very beautiful.
There is a European socket, which is rare in Guatemala.
The only thing that does not correspond to all the beauty is the gloomy staff, they respond to requests very poorly. A simple request to pour hot water for tea and give a cup turns into a problem and we see dissatisfied faces.
