Very nice hotel, room clean and tidy, confy bed. The hotel is very near by the airport and has a shuttle to take you to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. There are vending machines on every floor for hot and cold drinks and for snacks. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold options, sweet and savouryio

I rate this stay a 3 because the noise was unbearable. I stayed in Room 318, which was the first room by the entrance on the ground floor. Every time someone entered or exited, the loud slamming of the door was extremely frustrating.

Lovely hotel

Location is good if you wanna stay next to the airport. They offer shuttle bus for €15 for 5 minutes ride. If you wanna save some money, go to the exit in terminal one and wait for the free shuttle bus between terminals and get out at Case Nuove. Then walk like 400m and you are in the hotel. My advice don’t eat dinner at the hotel. Instead go to Samarcanda. They have pizza, pasta for a good price. They open from 7pm so you might wanna get a reservation or just be there on time.

Recommended for a transit hotel around Malpensa airport. Free airport pickup and dropoff.

The room I stayed in was a little rundown but only the bathroom.  Stayed a night and the bed was comfortable :) good service and a free shuttle from the hotel.   Had a lovely breakfast included with lots of hot food pastries and selection of meats and cheese. Would definitely stay again

Excellent for catching flight in the early morning. The hotel provided free shuttle to the airport.

Very helpful and responsive staff. Maybe can enhance the restaurant menu to include a few vegetarian dishes. But all good, overall!

This was nice and useful for the airport. It was necessary to take a taxi there due to the ring roads I don’t think I could have found it. Room slightly dated but nice modern reception and kind staff. Late arrival meant restaurant closed.

Free airport shuttle, good location for us

We stayed for one night at the Malpensa Crown plaza as our flight was coming in 21.30 to Terminal 2 meaning car hire offices might be closed . There is a free shuttle from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 . We took this and got off at Holiday inn Express ( the driver called out the name of hotel at the stop) . From here it’s a short walk straight up the road , past Holiday in Express on your left then take a right and you are at the Crowne Plaza. Might be tricky with lots of bags but we just had small carry on bags. You can call the hotel ( really quick to answer call) and request a shuttle from the hotel . This costs 15 euros per room. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean , comfortable - toiletries plentiful and nice quality ; shampoo, conditioner, body lotion , hand wash all available to use ( not the little throw away bottles). Coffee , tea, hot choc , water and a couple of biscuits too in room. Breakfast plentiful - cakes, pastries, fruit selection, bacon , sausage, fab scrambled eggs, bread, juices , coffee from machine but fine . Great, comfortable one night stay. Turkish bath, gym and sauna but we didn’t use. Would recommend . Paid around £90 .
