I stayed at the May plaza hotel 2 nights in August 2025, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.
My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff did a great job each day. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee provided daily.
The hotel offers a wide range of amenities. I particularly enjoyed The breakfast buffet was fresh and had a good variety of options.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend for couples or families looking for a Good hotel in Thai Nguyen City.

I was satisfied with everything but the man chef. When I had the breakfast at the restaurant, I was so excited about the beef pho. But when I asked him if I could have the beef pho, he said no. It was ok, I chose the chicken pho. But the ****, after few minutes, I got back again and the nice woman chef serviced me. She said “ Do you want to try the beef pho ? “. I was so confused, but it was not the end, the f**king man came by and said to the woman chef : “ just give a little “. What the **** do you mean ? I paid for the whole service at the hotel. I gave you an opportunity to do your work. When you just are an employee, don’t think you are the boss.
