Excellent room! We had a great time in this hotel. There is a beautiful green garden view from the room. Bathroom has a big bath tub. The host was welcoming and hospitable. She and her family assisted us in everything. They know what we need before we ask for it. Really recommend this hotel, especially if you are going on a tour with oxalis company because the oxalis office is just 100m away. There are mini fridge, hair dryer, slippers in the room

I recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area. They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely. I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.

The hotel is located a bit away from the tourist center, the boat launch to the caves, and the bus stop. But despite the distance, everything was wonderful. It was quiet. It had a separate cottage. Free bicycles for exploring. We stayed there for two nights. Highly recommended!

We requested a cancellation just a few hours after booking because our bus was cancelled due to flooding, and the hotel never contacted us again. However, right after the booking, they were quick to contact us to sell us additional services… Not very honest or understanding in the face of bad weather. Avoid.

Lovely family run tree house style cabins. Excellent breakfast and use of bikes to go into the centre of town. Very clean and comfortable with very kind hosts.

The people who work there are so helpful and friendly!! It’s located a bit outside of the town, so really nice if you would like it peaceful. They offer free bicycles so you get into the centre quickly. They also helped us renting a motorbike
