Comfortable stay, good sleep, clean. Close to the walking street and convenient for transportation.

Room 4B was insufficiently cleaned at check-in, with hair and lint scattered all over the floor. After we complained, the floor was swept. At our request, the room was eventually mopped as well. However, the corners of the room and the area under the desk remained dirty. The kitchen floor was sticky and disgusting. Only later did we realize that the entire room was affected by mold, as there was no ventilation and no way to open a window for fresh air. Never again!

We stay there for 1 night, the price quite expensive if compare with what we get and a bit old.

Overall is acceptable, hotel facility may need to upgrade like installation of lift for elderly. Room wise definitely needs to upgrade. The 2 lady receptionists has no eye contact and greeting to guest, only look at their phone most of the time, except the male receptionist was friendly and helpful. I personally feels that this hotel is not an ideal location for tourists. Knowing that this hotel is mainly cater to offshore workers.

For the price you could not beat it. For the location you could not beat it either. Self-contained suite. Girls had all the information, the boys not so much.

The hotel is far from luxury but overall clean and pleasant. Location is good next to the beach and the city center

This is my first time in I booked a hotel which look good but don’t judge the book by its cover, the hotel don’t have a lift and the room it provided me keep on blackout and the aircon open and shut down, and I’m staying at 3rd level

They dont have car park or elevator

The reception staff are all friendly and smiling. The only downside is that there is no parking.
