The hotel is located within the Songpan Old City. Easy to discover the old city on foot.
The hotel is nicely renovated. Unfortunately the advertised hotel heating is not available till 1st November. The room was so cold that I almost caught a cold after the shower. The weather at night was 2C. The electric blanket was also not working. The receptionist had to move me to another room for the night. I had booked the larger room with a siting area so that I can relax but it was too cold. Finally I insisted that the hotel provide me with a portable heater. To their credit they did and what a world of difference it made. They agreed to give me a discount and I hope they will honor it. Otherwise the stay was fine

酒店位置裏就在古城內 很方便 雖然在古城內 鬧中取靜 不吵，晚上休息的很好。智能客空 設施設備很齊全完善很齊全 這次整體入住體驗很滿意

親子游首選比較新的酒店，這家是松潘古城口碑比較好的位置在古城牆邊比較清凈。酒店的硬件和早餐很不錯房間設施也很新，唯一不足的就是選的房型窗户比較小不怎麼透氣，被子比較厚這個氣温蓋起有點熱～

The hotel is in the great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and is convenient to the central area of Songpan.
All of staff was welcoming and the manager, ‘Xiaozeng’ was accommodating right from the moment we took off the train and arranged the driver to pick up us from the station. Do not worry!!! if you can not speak Chinese, they can communicate with you via the app, Wechat and help you check in through easily.
Breakfast was simple but delicious healthy. Our room was very clean and convenient. The hotel was well designed, it blended traditional and modern style together. We really enjoyed our stay and highly reconmended.

本來看來差評，還有些猶豫
反正最後還是決定定的這家
整體來説我覺得服務水平還是比較認可
我沒有遇到評價裏説的一些情況
但有一點，因為攜程上寫的是不提供接送服務
但實際酒店是可以提供的
返程的時候是預約的酒店的送站服務 很滿意
松潘最大的就是打車問題～
至於環境總體還是不錯的
早餐的品種確實比較少和房費的匹配度有一些差
建議在早餐上還是要改進哈
酒店就在古城裡，文成公主雕像那個城門進去 大概200米就到了！很方便逛古城.

The only luxury hotel in the ancient city. Great location and very convenient to be based in the city itself. The courtyard manager -小曾was very helpful, making our stay most comfortable. Architecture of courtyard and design is remarkable.

New and clean hotel very conveniently located within the ancient city. Good service provided. Special mention to 小曾管家: she was very thoughtful to give us a complimentary room upgrade and arrange a complimentary car ride to the train station upon our check-out.
