️⃣友友仙出行住到寶藏酒店啦🥳！松潘川主寺戴斯精選温德姆酒店。早上從九寨溝出發前打電話給前台，前台聲音超甜，熱情介紹天氣和氣温🌡️。入住時小妹妹接待超熱情，還給我們10人贈送了早餐，這波操作太暖啦🥰！酒店環境超讚，衞生也無可挑剔🧹。晚上在酒店用餐，菜品新鮮又好吃，早餐也超豐盛。退房還送了精美藏族禮品，這酒店必須強烈推薦給友友們👏！

This is our second stay at this specific accommodation. Unlike our previous stay, this time, front desk service is quite lacking On the positive, bedding is comfortable and towels are fluffy and cleaned. hotel restaurant served excellent meals for dinner and at reasonable price . The chef on duty is a good cook, big serve and tasty dishes. Highly recommend having dinner at hotel restaurant. On the negative, we were given a room where hot water is just not hot but cold. Ringing the front desk to report the issue and was told by front desk to let the water runs longer, despite we repeated that we had waited for water to run at least 20min. We requested to change room and front desk didn’t agree to, but just repeatedly telling us to let water run longer. Obviously this is not service from a so called 5 star hotel where customer service is so lacking and room with no hot water After repeated request by phoning front desk second time, we were changed to a different room; and this time, room has good hot water. Seriously, front desk needs training in customer service. The least hotel can do is to change customer to a different room so that basic hot water facility is provided. We should not have to endure such lack in service.

該酒店2024年建成設施方面：外部簡樸、內部民族風情濃郁。尤其是一樓大堂布局，其休閑佈局可謂別具一格；房間佈局緊湊，電熱毯、地暖和製氧機一應俱全。衞生方面：乾淨整潔無異味環境方面：近川主寺、毗鄰九黃機場、推窗見山、距黃龍不到30分鐘車程、就近就有中石油加油站，對於自駕遊而言也很方便。服務方面：前台服務人員熱情洋溢，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。總體來講，這是一家地處較高海拔旅遊勝地的精品酒店，個人感覺適合於那些對房間空間要求不高、而衹求在一日遊玩疲憊之時（尤其是在黃龍），能夠就近有一個清靜休息之地的遊客（包括親子游和自駕遊）。幾點意見或建議： 1、大堂的旋轉門有點費勁（或許多用一下就好了） 2、淋浴房的熱水剛用時温度還合適，但保持的時間若能稍長一些就更好了 3、10月金秋是九黃的旅遊旺季，價格有點小貴。

非常有特色的一家酒店，環境優美舒適乾淨宜人，有地暖、製氧機，停車場停車方便。前台幾個小妹服務熱情周到，先生感冒了，她們特意熬了紅糖薑湯，還送了果盤！早餐豐盛可口，有米線、蔬菜沙拉等。我落下了手鍊，她們及時快遞給我！為她們點贊！是值得再入住的酒店！
