Location right at the Ancient fortress. Good access to food and scenic areas. Cleanliness is not acceptable. The hotel was in renovation without informing. Was put into another hotel nearby. Claimed to be same owner.

Comfortable and spacious rooms with lots of local ******* charm in a handy location in the scenic old town of Songpan. Because the road outside the accommodation was being fixed when we arrived (September 2025), the owner kindly gave us an upgrade to a similar but quieter place very nearby which they also own. They also accommodated our request to stay an extra day at short notice. Much appreciated.

The Amdo Coffee House Inn is closed for renovation. Upon arrival you get escorted to a different hotel from the same owner.

The toilet and sink are leaking, and the mattress was a bit old and the walls are paper thin but the rest was okay and the staff is nice.

Really nice hotel and the owner with his family. Was a bit busy due to national holidays. Breakfast is simple, but nice and some milk tea available in the evenings. Not far from both Kirti and Serti monasteries. parking is available.

don't include this review....I paid for this room for a night but didn't stay there because my plans changed and you would not allow me to cancel this reservation...I missed the only daily bus to Songpan from the north

Very friendly and helpful host. The hotel is right in the ancient city, near the North Gate. The hotel is beautiful, but the room was quite cold. There was a heater but no heating blankets. Water is hot, so the shower was perfect.

Avoid this place if possible. The actual location is a 3-minute walk away, but it's different. It's enough to confuse ordinary travelers. It needs to show the exact location.
