Although it wasn't quite cold enough for the underfloor heating to be on, the staff promptly provided a heater at our request, making the room perfectly warm and comfortable. The hotel's decor has an antique charm, with beautifully arranged ornaments and harmonious color schemes, showing a lot of care in its design. Even just walking around the hotel felt very pleasant. The service was excellent; despite the lack of an elevator, staff helped carry our luggage to our room. The hotel also offered a complimentary custom-made breakfast, which could be refilled as needed. The food was delicious, featuring porridge, pickles, vegetables, eggs, and multigrain options, providing a balanced and nutritious meal with plenty of fiber and protein. Overall, considering the ambiance, value for money, and service, this hotel is an excellent choice."

The lobby on the first floor, in particular, has a distinctive and cozy layout. The rooms are compact but well-equipped with electric blankets, underfloor heating, and oxygen machines. **Cleanliness:** The hotel is clean, tidy, and free of odors. **Location:** It's close to Chuanzhusi Temple, adjacent to Jiuzhaigou-Huanglong Airport, and offers mountain views from the windows. Huanglong is less than a 30-minute drive away, and there's a nearby PetroChina gas station, making it very convenient for road trippers. **Service:** The front desk staff are enthusiastic and make you feel right at home. **Overall:** This is a boutique hotel located in a high-altitude tourist area. I personally feel it's suitable for travelers who don't require a large room but are looking for a quiet and convenient place to rest after a tiring day of sightseeing (especially in Huanglong), including families and self-driving tourists. **A few suggestions:** 1. The revolving door in the lobby is a bit stiff (perhaps it just needs more use). 2. The hot water in the shower is a good temperature initially, but it would be even better if it lasted a little longer. 3. October, during the golden autumn, is peak season for Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, so the prices are a bit on the high side."

"My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here! Despite the city noise from a nearby construction site, the hotel itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It really exceeded our expectations and delivered on everything promised. We stayed in a beautiful suite on the 2nd floor with a cosy balcony that gave us plenty of privacy. On arrival, we were welcomed with afternoon tea and small snacks, which set the tone right away. The suite was sparkling clean — something very important to me — and even had a massive TV, perfect for winding down with a movie at night. Thoughtful touches like oxygen supplementation by the bed and an electric blanket for chilly nights made our stay extra comfortable. Honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. I personally loved the design of both the hotel and the room — it felt so warm and welcoming that I didn’t want to leave. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center of Songpan on a quieter street, just a few minutes’ walk to explore the whole town, grab coffee, or try local food. The staff were incredible — extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to our personal requests, even before our arrival. They really made us feel taken care of. Breakfast is a traditional Chinese-style one, with steamed buns, stir-fried veggies, eggs, and rice porridge. If that’s not your thing, there are plenty of nearby spots for coffee and other options. Overall, we left with the feeling that we had chosen the best hotel in town. I’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Songpan."

"The hotel is close to the entrance of the ancient city, convenient for access and good hygiene. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room. The only thing is that the soundproofing is not very good. The door opening noise is loud when entering and exiting, and there are occasional noises downstairs. Disposable earplugs are provided in the room."

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! The receptionist was incredibly nice and efficient during check-in, patiently answering all my questions about nearby transportation and attractions. She even proactively upgraded me to a room with a better view – such thoughtful details! From check-in to check-out, the front desk's professionalism and efficiency, along with the convenient shuttle service, made the entire trip exceptionally pleasant. It was excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. I've already recommended it to my friends!"

"The room was smart, clean, and comfortable. The owner picked us up and dropped us off. My family suffered from altitude sickness, and when we approached the owner in the middle of the night, he not only helped us buy oxygen tanks but also gave us some Huoxiang Zhengqi water (a traditional Chinese medicine for stomach ailments and heatstroke). In the morning, the owner even provided us with breakfast. The next day, when we were leaving Huanglong, we were pressed for time and couldn't easily find a taxi. We asked the owner again, and he found a car for us, ensuring we arrived at Songpan High-Speed Rail Station on time."

"The room was new and clean, but it was freezing! There's no AC, and supposedly there's floor heating, but the front desk said it's centrally controlled by the hotel, meaning guests can't adjust the temperature themselves. I stayed one night, and the floor was ice cold the whole time, with outside temperatures at -8 degrees Celsius. Luckily, there was an electric blanket on the bed, so I didn't freeze while sleeping. But being in the room and bathroom was so cold I had to huddle up. Paying to stay at a hotel and still being this cold is pretty rare!"

"The room was spotless and well-appointed, and the hotel itself is quite new. The restaurant uses fresh ingredients, and the hot pot we had for dinner was absolutely delicious. Even though we arrived around 9 PM, the restaurant staff patiently waited for us to finish our meal! What really stood out was the front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with breakfast. We're truly grateful for their help! We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we bring our parents."

"The owner tried to contact us to tell us a pipe had burst. We stayed here anyway and the family provided us with hot water to wash. The room was warm and had electric blankets. We paid for dinner and breakfast because we really enjoyed their food. The home made bread was delicious. We were given a safe and sheltered place to store the bikes. Thank you, lovely to meet you :)"
