"It was a very small and cramped room. Much worse than I expected; other hotels in similarly priced cities and towns in Hungary were significantly better. Check-in was self-service, with absolutely no customer service. Online inquiries went unanswered for a long time. In short, the experience was really bad, especially when you're in a rush. Ctrip's online customer service is much more reliable. The only bright spot was opening the window in the morning; the sunlight filtering through the morning mist created a very soothing, mountain-like atmosphere."

"A lovely nice hotel in the middle of the city, close to everything. Neat, clean, cozy and calm atmosphere which makes you feel home from the beginning. The pictures were made after we made ourselves home. Originally there were ribbon folded towels and cool little touches like a bite of welcome chocolate, capsule coffee and coffee machine, bottled water etc. My personal highlight is the bathroom that is spacious and CLEAN. The beds are har matress so perfect for the back."

"Reviews are not telling the truth about this place .This can be a single experience and not the truth about this place.For us made a good impression with a nice reception ,spoked english and gave us all the advices ,the buffet ( included in the price)was fair and nice not too fancy but we are not in Ritz hotel here,room clean,quiet area ,clean,maybe to shower can be looked after a bit but overall all good.Dont understand the negative reviews .For what you pay it does the job.We will be back.Pool is amszing ."

"The hotel is in the heart of the museum quarter, among medieval houses, by the old synagogue. Most museums and sights are within a few minutes' walk. The room was small but cosy and clean, the bed was comfortable and the Nespresso machine added to my feeling of comfort. All amenities one might need were provided. I liked that the hotel considers sustainability. I also liked the clear and modern design concept reflecting the historical heritage of Sopron. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is rich, with a choice for different tastes and expectations."
