I suggest to remove this hotel from the list. First, the location is useless. It is better to stay at Radisson in Stavanger than to go to Pulpit Rock. Second, there is no spirit of contract. The payment at the hotel is not based on the order price, and 400 kroner is charged for each room. Third, after several contacts, they promised to refund part of the overcharge, but they also claimed that they could not refund the original way and asked for additional account information. I don't know if I can get it back yet. I would like to thank Ctrip customer service Tong Yue for helping to communicate and coordinate. Ctrip also compensated the hotel for part of the fees that it refused to refund unreasonably.

No light available in the bathroom when we arrived (fixed next day). TV local channels doesn't work, breakfast was a meal pack with very limited appeal.

We left and pay for another hotel. Nothing to do with the pictures posted. Everything has changed. No restaurant, no beer distillery.
The place is completed different of the pictures online. Not good cleaning, everything looks deteriorated and dirty. I will not recommend this place 👎

Took awhile to fix a bathroom light that kept blinking, even though I left with my luggage early, they assumed I checked out when i showed back up 2 hours before checkout, other than that, great place, nice helpful staff

The hotel has no reception so is virtual. It was very difficult to get the code from the person that was answering our calls. We never received an email with the instructions to get in and we ask him to gives the code by phone but he refused we were waiting outside the hotel waiting and waiting. Thanks yo ******* they send us the code after 6 hours of numerous time calling. The hotel is nice, clean and quiet. They had coffe and sandwiches for breakfast.

Convenient location with a car. GPS gave confusing directions; probably should check with the hotel first. Room was a bit noisy one night- could hear another person.
Staff person on duty (Anna) was incredibly helpful and friendly.
