Ubicación y vistas excelentes frente al río. Limpieza ok. Tamaño de la habitación correcto (éramos dos adultos). Personal muy servicial nos ayudaron y aconsejaron con las rutas de senderismo. Desayuno excelente. Lo único mejorable es que faltaba una nevera en la habitación. Resto todo muy bien. Repetiremos.

Stayed with the family for few nights. Great location to explore Sort and the area. The family room suited well 4 family members. Nice breakfast and welcoming staff, decent dinner as well, very supportive for gluten-free travelers.

Necesita actualizarse, el precio no es acorde con la comodidad y las instalaciones. Había hormigas en los baños y no habia neverita. Fuimos en verano y necesitamos poner agua en la nevera, pero no había. Eso sí, había agua fresca a la entrada del hotel.

Buena comida, Buen servicio, Buen precio,un lugar tranquilo , situado en un lugar maravilloso el río Noguera Pallaresa pasa por el lado de la carretera y del restaurante, desde el pueblo que está situado que es SORT, Se pueden hacer excursiones y Rafting ....

Hotel muy completo y accesible. Personal muy amable y atento. La habitación era muy amplia y con espacios para poder colocar las cosas del viaje. Camas cómodas. A destacar que te facilitan garaje sin coste para poder dejar la moto, aunque afuera delante del hotel también puede quedar perfectamente aparcada. Cuenta con un buen restaurante con gran variedad de platos y menús. Tuvimos la ocasión de cenar y los platos además de ricos, son abundantes, algo a tener muy en cuenta. El desayuno buffet muy rico y con variedad (zumo, cafés, tes, tostadas pan , fruta, bollería, bizcocho, embutidos, huevos...etc etc.)

Solo fuimos a tomar algo, me queja es que de dos aguas con gas, de marca blanca, es decir, del super de Coalimemt de al lado, nos cobraron 6€, un robo y encima nos las sirvieron sin limpiar la mesa, en ningun caso nos plateariamos quedarnos en este hotel.

Hotel sucio, la habitación con humedades y con mal olor. Las fotos de las habitaciones de la web no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. El desayuno es muy básico, de mala calidad y el servicio nulo. Creo que es el peor hotel que me he alojado y espero que nadie cometa mi error.

Es un hotel muy sucio, las instalaciones sin mantenimiento, las toallas viejas y sucias, siempre hay olor a cigarrillo. El restaurante y el desayuno un DESASTRE! El personal no está capacitado para el manejo de los alimentos y la atención al público. Habíamos reservado 5 noches con media pensión, pero nos quedamos sólo dos noches y "consumimos" un sólo desayuno y una única cena (con una fué más que suficiente). Nos reintegraron el dinero. No vayas!
