My family of seven stayed at the Palazzo Jannuzzi for three nights in Sorrento. The place is just darling! So detailed with delight. The history of staying in the family’s grandmothers house turned into a bed and breakfast/boutique hotel. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was homemade cakes, pies, eggs, muffins and all the amenities that come with a complete breakfast. I must say it was the best cappuccino I ever had !! The rooms were spacious and detailed. Very clean and well maintained. You feel like family. The location is the best. Situated right in the town center square. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The balconies were such a great place to hang out and have a nice glass of wine. Very spacious and quaint. If you are thinking about staying in Sorrento look no further and book your stay!! Thank you so much for your hospitality as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PJ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sincerely Carolyn

This hotel is located a few meters from Sorrento’s main street and square. Everything is within walking distance. Another plus is the hotel staff. They are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok for a 4* hotel with the advantage that you may eat outside. Pool is only 1.40 meters deep. But you can have a relaxing time there. We never had problems getting chairs. Our room was outside the main building near the pool (602). It was the right size for us three, very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool. All in all, maybe one of the best options in Sorrento.

Not sure where to begin with this place, but would not recommend. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes, and we used the address in maps to find the place, but it only took us to a group of buildings, which we then had to walk around to find a sign stating it was VHomes. Then we walked up the stairs to find a lady sitting on the stairs who had been there for 2 hours waiting to get back into her room because they had accidentally walked out of the room without the key. There was no staff there to let us know how to check into our room, even though we had given them a time frame when we planned to be there. Fortunately, we found our key on the front desk, but then had to search for our room as there were no signs indicating the different room locations. We were pleasantly surprised by the decent size of the room, and were happy to find that they had AC (as advertised), and we could actually turn it on. The black out shudders worked great! The shower looked nice, but when we took showers, found that half the buttons to turn on the ”spa” shower didn't work. Also, the shower head didn't fit correctly in the holder, so as soon as you turned the water on, the shower head hose would fall out of the holder, so basically you had to hold the shower head, or use the rainfall shower part. However, if you didn't want to get your hair wet, it was ridiculous to have to hold the shower head the entire time while showering. Also, there was mold on the outside of the shower doors. We turned on the notification to not come in our room, as we do in every hotel we stay in, and make it up EVERY day, and EVERY day they came in our room and made our bed and opened the black out shudders, which we had purposefully left down in order to keep the room cooler. The staff was not friendly, the breakfasts were the exact same every day and were terrible, the coffee was disgusting, and overall, this place was WAY over priced what it should be. The 2 positives about the place were the working AC and the black out shudders. As for the rest...I would not recommend this place.

Chaming family run hotel, 7 minutes from the main square and 8 minutes to railway and train station. clean room, Bed comfortable, shower worked well, plenty of hot water, small fridge in room filled with beer, water ect. Good breakfast, they were very kind and helpful, we enjoyed our four night stay. They have a restaurant in the town that we went to and had an excellent dinner.Very good 3 star hotel close to centre. We walked down to get boat to Carpri, but suggest getting to bus back up. Took the train, too. Pompei very easy, and the station is very close to the entrance. Went by bus to Positano(which also goes on to Almafi) for the day, bit windy so not ideal for those who get car sick.At Positano We had to walkdown and back up to get the bus.Not all places open in February so March would be a good time when things start opening up. We had a great 3 days.

Stayed half board for one week, food was delicious and plenty of choice. All dining staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean. Very central for the restaurants and harbour. Roof too pool and terrace has fantastic sea views and all staff very friendly and helpful, free sunbed towels every day was a big bonus. Breakfast was buffet style, was delicious and plenty of choice. Can be a little noisy along the corridors to the rooms with people closing their doors it's very echoy. But if you have a few cocktails 🍸 then you don't notice it the same. Would definitely return.

The room is average size, very clean, and the balcony is very comfortable.
It is very close to the town train station and the pier, and it is convenient to go to Sorrento or Capri Island.
It is worth noting that if you take a taxi directly from Naples Airport to the hotel, it will be very expensive, about 100 euros. If you don't have much luggage, you can choose to take the small train from Naples to the town, and then contact the hotel to pick you up at the town train station.

It is always nice to come back and this already says it all. Breathtaking panorama top services, super recommended for families with children but also for a pleasant relaxing escape. Wellness center and swimming pools at the top. Kindness and professionalism everywhere. What about super recommended. The only flaw this year is having noticed a little maintenance on the outside of the building. For the rest gardens etc. At the top as always.

We had a very good experience with this hotel. Situated across the beach, near to the bus station and close to the railway station, the hotel has big, spacious rooms, with all the ammenities needed. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choices, and mostly, the breakfast room was a rooftop with such an amazing view over the sea and vezuvius. Everything was perfect

Outstanding
DDaydream49358020143We spent 9 nights here in Room 502. The hotel was great. I feel like some of the staff are still learning their roles. However, some are just amazing and make up where others are still learning. The Lumi Sky lounge is such a beautiful spot. We spent many nights here watching the sunset. Our room was great too. We had a view of the pool and a balcony that we could access from our bathroom, living room, or bedroom. We loved the modern feel. The proximity to everything in Sorrento was amazing. I would highly recommend. Shout out to the server Carmen. She is constantly moving and made up for others inattentiveness at the pool. And Giulia, who was very gracious in providing and booking information on transfers, tours, and restaurant reservations. We hope to be back.
SSightsee23599279216I stayed a few days with family members. The Oasis of Peace is immersed in the green of citrus fruits, together with a wonderful garden treated by the most sympathetic and disposable sisters who made us feel like at home with their warm welcome, The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and at reasonable price. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the Naples Gulf, Vesuvio and Sorrentina Coast. As mentioned above, the structure is provided with beautiful gardens with angles available to children, garden, limon, and also farm animals, from the cattle to chickens and chickens and beautiful pavons. Breakfast is varied and all products are prepared by the nuns, such as cakes, crustaceans, sprinklers, browns, and fresh fruit marmelade. It is in a strategic location to visit the Amalfitana coast, thanks to the bus stop that is very close. Thank you very much to Miss Anna for meeting all our needs and for advising us on the best places in the area to visit and where to dine! Thank you very much Miss Anna! :-)
BBabarGreat hotel with excellent location. Right in the heart of Sorrento. 5 min walk to Main Street with shopping and eating, 10 min walk to train and bus station.
Breakfast was amazing with great local selections. Simple but very elegant choices. Rooms were great. We had two rooms and each room had it own decore and colors.
IiDomelIt was quite a surprise staying at B&B Sorrento Central. Totally exceeded our expectations in terms of room amenities. As for the breakfast, do not expect a grand spread. However, they do have waffles, pancakes, bread, croissants, cornflakes, mueslis and yogurts. They have a water dispenser for filling up for water and a coffee machine that is available for morning breakfast. Walking to town takes about 8-10minutes, the port however takes around 25-30mins.
Do note that there is a bowling alley right beside the B&B and there is a chance of hearing balls rolling down the lanes till 11pm 😆
GGuest UserThe entrance is in a similar community and is not on the main road, so you have to look for the doorbell. It should open automatically when you press it. This is quite good because key locks in Europe are sometimes difficult to open. It is extremely safe, which is indeed a big concern. However, the security in Sorrento is good, so the risk is still high. Controllable
The service staff always answers your questions and greets you with a smile. If you don’t have a phone, you can use WhatsApp to ask questions.
There is no elevator. Please be careful! Some of the chair covers and facilities are very old, and there was a problem with the counter, but they can only send them for cleaning and have no plans to replace them with new ones.
The portion for breakfast is not large. One tomato is about two small tomatoes (he will cut it in half to make 4 small tomatoes). If you are not full, you can order more, but don’t waste food.
The water heater is very mysterious. One night, after waiting for 20 minutes, it still didn't fill up. I had to take a bath afterwards.
GGuest UserWe just checked into the hotel with 2 king rooms (since we are traveling with our children and need the extra space). We are Diamond members and have had the pleasure to visit many Hiltons across the United States, Mexico, India, and now Italy, but we found this property to not be of Hilton Standards. The rooms are very outdated. The property itself looks quite tired and needs to be renovated. It looks like a 1980’s hotel without the charm. The lobby is pretty, and for the price we paid we were looking forward to spending 2 nights here. However, after seeing the rooms, bathrooms, and the property itself I feel that there have to be better options. The rooms are a 2 star at best because the bathrooms, tiles and room furniture looked very worn and old. The in room safe is so small and is oddly connected to the refrigerator. The outside door locks with a key. We are here celebrating our daughter’s 19th birthday, and to say that we are disappointed is an understatement.
GGuest UserI loved this stay, the location was very good, close to the train station and the center was very walkable, the room was spacious, bright, with air conditioning, kettle, tea and mini refrigerator available, the beds were comfortable and clean, the bathroom was clean, shower in good condition. The breakfast they offer is perfect to start the day, what improves the experience is the quality of customer service. Highly recommended.
Ssharon_yangyangThe location of the room is very friendly for the driver, there are parking spaces, the parking fee is more expensive, and the extra parking fee is required. excellent service. I like the chef in that restaurant, very nice. The room type is generally sinking, and the winter climate is very poor. This is the only time I saw a double rainbow. I was lucky, and then I asked their waiter to come out and see it. They said that the weather was not so good for a long time, and the wind was strong, it was very cold and cold. Don't come in winter, it's too cold. Summer can be.
My experience at Villa Maria was pretty good. Restaurant experience is Rossario great Witress and Messi great waiter and the others do not know names but all are very attentative and never stop working. It is a great Buffet Breakfast your spoiled for choice from a fry up to different breads cakes fruits ect and coffe tea and coffee is good even my diabetic wife had plenty of choice. The evening meal starts Buffet Salad which they like you to really help yourself to plenty to show you appreciate and really enjoy Green Beans cooked superb and the Aubergine fried with Olive Oil superb as is the sliced Carrots ect and they have real Olive Oil like when I was in Crete was only 2nd time I ever tasted it that good. The 2nd and 3rd course is Menu and also Dessert but I chose Ice Cream every night as it was delicious and had not had real Italian Ice Cream since my childhood at the Italian Cafe near us. The Reception Staff very helpful always willing to give best advice and their English very good. The cleaning woman a lovely woman who changed our Bedding Towels daily but she spoke no English but rooms clean. This Hotel in a great location lovely Beach 10 min down the hill opposite and spoiled for Shops Supermarkets Restaurants Pubs ect great location. My only negative was no Sea view but I am not sure if you was on the top floor at the front if you could see it but we was at the back with a nice little Veranda and you have Shutter Doors with Curtains so can air the room and keep out Mosquitos. Overall I had a very good holiday here and would highly recommend it.
GGuest UserI would think with the pictures showing a pool and daybeds these would be free but when we got there they told us they are 15euro each day to use even though we are hotel guests. The reason we chose a hotel with a pool rather than paying for 1 at the beach. Very disappointed.
The showers are very small we aren’t big people and found it hard showering.
Balcony was good as could rinse clothes and dry outside but just placed over the chairs.
No kettle in the room but can get free coffee with breakfast. Breakfast was included which was great.
Scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, danishes, juice and coffee.
Location was great coming off the ferry as right at the port with luggage.
If going to town it’s a big stair case up to the top or you can walk along the beach to the lift down the road which is 2 euro to use.
The bar upstairs has amazing sunsets, lovely watching the sun go down and they have a DJ playing lovely slow singing music which all generations could enjoy. The drinks are slightly priced at the bar though.
The restaurant at bottom of hotel was great. 7 euro Margherita pizza and you get 10% off being a hotel guest.
I would probably next time stay in town as closer to everything but I like walking and hiking for exercise so the big staircase worked for me but wouldn’t for lots of people. I think the hotel may of said they have free taxi to town but not 100 % sure.
