Nice hotel, good amenities, away from the main, bus buses everyday which is amazing

Not very delighted with the service. Typical Italian rigid policies

Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

The staff was pretty rude. Was being called in the middle of the night because I extended for another night (booked through the app) and they thought another person was coming and staying with me. They didn't even confirm first of how many person was staying and directly said that they will bring me to the police? So rude. Also the wifi was not free. For the scale of that hotel they should've provide free wifi at least. Breakfast was so so. Location was pretty far from the piazza and no shuttle available. There's mini tiny bug on my bed.

Excellent hotel in Sorrento! My room was huge and spotless. Swimming pool is well maintained! I would love to come back anytime!

Everything is pretty good apart from the services in the restaurant.

The hotel is halfway up the mountain. The lobby is grand and there are many 🍋 trees in the garden. The room facilities are average and drinking water is not provided. The breakfast environment is good and the variety is rich. Parking is charged.

It is located near the mountain and a little far from the center. The breakfast is delicious with many varieties. The room is relatively large with a full sea view and a view of the volcano. The hotel has complete facilities. It is great.

The hotel is built on the hillside, facing the sea. The restaurant has a great view, where you can have breakfast while overlooking Mount Vesuvius. The transportation is also convenient, and it is a five-minute walk from the town. It is also close to the pier and the station.

The sea view rooms have charming views and are a very cost-effective hotel in Sorrento.

I highly recommend this hotel with 10 points. The quality of cleanliness, scenery, room equipment, and staff is also 10 points excellent. There are different restaurants in the hotel for guests to choose from. There are also different breakfast styles every day, so you can choose from them. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit far away and you may need to take a car to get there. But all in all, I highly recommend this hotel!

The worst and most outrageous hotel I have ever stayed in Italy. I encountered a bat in the hotel room! I was awakened by a bat falling on me in the middle of the night! Since bats carry a lot of viruses and rabies is fatal, we notified the hotel, but no one took it seriously. We went to the emergency room by ourselves. We looked for rabies vaccines everywhere in Naples but couldn't find any, so we had to fly to Milan the next day. After returning to the hotel, the manager came to us with a lawyer and copied the medical records. He was afraid that we would sue their hotel, and kept shirking that it was not their hotel's problem. He also threatened us to delete the photos of the hotel staff cleaning the bats. I was so angry! This is Hilton's service! It's really eye-opening! They don't take human life as human life, but only care about the reputation of the hotel. Awesome!

The room is very spacious and comfortable 😌, clean and tidy. Champagne is given upon check-in. Although it is a little far from the square, it is not too far to walk. The breakfast is rich and delicious. It is a very good hotel. Recommended!
