Good reference hotel in Sort, although a little crowded but it works correctly. The room was clean but the water in the shower came out brown at first.
The breakfast buffet is correct as well as the Spa (it is not big but the price is adequate). It has outdoor parking. Functional hotel to go skiing in the area.

This is a wonderful hotel. What makes it so special is the family who have owned it for four generations and for whom nothing is too much trouble. The staff are superb and the hotel has an excellent restaurant. It also has historic associations with World War 2 refugees which make it particularly interesting.

Lovely hotel - ideally located in Sort for a week of activities in the Pyrenees. Family Suite was big enough for four (2 teenagers). Room was kept impeccably clean daily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and spoke English to help us with our limited Spanish! The pool was perfect for an afternoon of relaxing after a morning of high adrenaline activity! (We used La Rafting Co for all our activities - rafting, canyoning, hiking, kayaking, via Ferrata etc). The restaurants serve great food, formal in the hotel and tapas in the garden! Breakfast was excellent too. Must also get tapas at cafe pessets in town (owned by the same family). We would definitely come again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely stay. Great hotel in a fantastic location. Clean & comfortable with friendly, helpful staff and a lovely pool. A great games room for teenagers and good food in the restaurants and breakfast buffet - ample choice. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel, friendly and attentive staff both at reception and in the restaurant, comfortable room with different, very cozy pillows. 100% recommended to spend a weekend. Free parking in front of the hotel. We will repeat for sure.

Hotel very well located. The kindness of the receptionist is also appreciated by all the other workers. Large room with balcony, the comfort of the bed and large bathroom which is appreciated. The breakfast was very good. Without a doubt it is a recommendable hotel.

Correct stay. Very nice, quiet and family atmosphere. Ramon owner and director excellent in all aspects. Reception staff, very good treatment and a "10" to Mrs. Josefina and Felipe. Breakfast with magnificent logistics and quality. Games room, pool and spa very good... although it is a 4 star with certain shortcomings. Suggestions -Improve cleanliness and comfort of rooms/bathrooms. -Optimize accessories in the bathroom, as well as TV and telephone in the rooms. -Vary restaurant menu. Offer night menu to hotel guests. I would recommend it MAAH

We have been staying at this hotel from 09/09 to 09/10/23, I have to say that it is great, the lady who greeted us at the reception, super cool, friendly, informed us about everything very well, the room on the fourth super cool attic type floor, quite spacious, with a lot of clarity, bad views yes, but you can't have everything 😂😂, very clean, I think there were some amenities missing but nothing that couldn't be solved by making a little visit to the supermarket😂😂, For me the mattress was very hard, the pillows were ☹️☹️, but nothing, the breakfast buffet was very complete and as it says on their website everything has been renovated, rooms, dining room etc..., the outdoor pool is quite large, along with the garden and not to mention of SPA, magnificent, the two hours best amortized, relaxed and like new after three hours of motorcycle and curvitas, wonderful, I have no doubt that when I return without thinking I will go to the same hotel and not to mention that they offered me to store the motorcycle in their free parking, thank you

We were there one day due to a breakdown in my car. We were three people and two dogs. From the first moment the attention was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. I can only thank all the staff for the attention and kindness they have given us.
