While the property offers stunning views and has great potential, our stay was extremely disappointing. The staff were discourteous and unhelpful, which left a very poor impression. The linens and towels were soiled, and the rooms and furniture were clearly unclean and poorly maintained. Cleanliness and basic hospitality standards were completely lacking, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Despite the beautiful location, I would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made in service, hygiene, and management oversight.

Lovely property. Beautiful natural ambience. Excellent courteous staff. Delicious food. Good pampering spa. Especially thankful to Narang and Geeta at Spa a delightful Neha at Restaurant, for their thoughtfulness.

Symphony samudra is a nice hotel in Andaman. I visited this hotel with family in Nov2025. Food,rooms and hospitality is good. All properties of symphony group in Andaman are good. I recommend people to visit symphony in portblair, Havelock and Neil island. In port blair, shubhankar was good. He attended us nicely and showed great hospitality. I recommend everyone to visit symphony group properties in Andaman
