The gold india beach resort is a pathetic place to stay. Not a single person should book a stay there. The owner is a dumb women. The staff was good. Which they could have told us the first day itself but that dumb people chose to do this at the checkout time. They prefer taking bookings only from local vendors. Now coming to the rooms it was not that clean or hygiene compared to the amount they charged. If you want to enjoy your trip please don't book your stay here.

The staffs does not know how to behave with guest .The amenities in the hotel is very poor, even basics like towel ,cattle for tea etc was not provided . Breakfast also very untasty . In short very poor I advise none to stay in this hotel if they visit Havelock

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort and from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The accommodations were luxurious, with spacious rooms. The dining options were exceptional, with fresh and delicious cuisine served beautifully. Specially thanks Mr.Aman property manager.

Rooms are big but not cleaned/maintained well. Bathrooms are dirty and cockroaches are roaming freely. Food is way too spicy. Even after request several times buffet food was spicy and not at all upto the mark. Food ordered though was fine and tasty. It seems they do this on purpose to make guests order out of the planned package. Dogs are everywhere within the property. Early morning wake and you have bunch of dogs sitting outside your room. Kids were afraid to go out on beach. Private beach is also could be looked after well and can have a good proper sitting arrangement. Overall the property is in good place and have private beach but not well looked after and managed by the owner.

Service is very bad. No one is listening you. They don't take call also. At 6 am we didn't find anyone on reception and office. Our 1 hour is totally wasted without bath. After 1 hour 1 person come and start gyser for hot water.. after that we can go to bath. We have to bag for basic requirements. Dont go for this hotel otherwise you will have to suffer and spoils your mood.

They make you fool that your booking is at their second resort star gold whereas my booking was in gold india and provided lower room than premium room, even my booking was in premium room. Now they have changed their resort name to royal villa, royal pearl and royal crown because their is low rating with existing name. Location is very good but they are greedy people they will give your booking to other people over money so don't trust as i faced. Never recommended
