Good location, close to South Brisbane train station and bus terminal. It's a little confusing when you are checking in when the physical reception is closed. However you can call a phone number and they will guide you to your key of the room. Swimming pool and gym available The apartment is nice and ours had a balcony. Airconditioning is great.

What a great place - value for money, great location, loved the unit - couldn't fault our stay and will be back again but with the rest of the family.

The entire facility could use a facelift. The rooms are scuffed and battered. The tv remote wouldn't work. The lady at the front counter was very unhappy she was asked to help. We had a 1 bedroom apartment. It was the classic two single beds pushed together. One soft. One firm. In the middle of the bed were the hard edges of each mattress to keep you apart from each other. Very romantic. The toilet bowl shape is also poor. You have to scrub the toilet every time you use it - not what you want to do each day on holiday. Overall, I feel it was over priced and under cared for. It's saving grace was the location.

I called a taxi at the airport. The driver was very familiar with the address of this hotel. I arrived early, stored my luggage, bought a phone card, went shopping in the supermarket, and came back. The hotel is in a great location, and it is very convenient for shopping, eating and traveling. I am very satisfied with it. I will book this hotel next time I go to Brisbane.
