Great place to stay.

This hotel has a very convenient location, the rooms are very spacious and clean, with a view overlooking the lush green park, which is extremely comfortable.

Because it is close to my relatives and I have worked in Accor Hotels for 10 years, I chose Novotel. However, compared with domestic four-star hotels, the door and bathroom of the room feel a bit low-end, just fireproof iron door, but the sound insulation is good. Nicole at the front desk is very humorous and the service is good. I called the front desk but no one answered. She took the initiative to knock on the door, asked about my needs, and arranged slippers and free bottled water for me.

The hotel room I booked includes breakfast, and there are many choices of breakfast food. The hotel is located in a quiet area in a busy area, close to South Bank Park, only seven or eight minutes' walk away, and there are many restaurants nearby. Staff service is polite.

Facilities: There is a coffee machine and refrigerator indoors. There is a very clean swimming pool outdoors. Hygiene: The bathroom is very clean. Like most Australian hotels, there are no disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and slippers, but there are disposable sanitary bags. This is very good. Environment: You can see a very good view of Brisbane in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. Service: The front desk has very good Chinese service. And the sister at the front desk helped me solve the problem of magnetic stripe credit cards not being able to be swiped. The breakfast is delicious.

It was in a very good location. It was close to the station, which was great. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were a lot of tents in the park opposite, which made me a little wary. The person who checked me in was very friendly. I would have been happy if they had provided free bottled water. I had heard that toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided as amenities, but I couldn't find them anywhere in the room. Would they have been given to me if I had asked? I wish I had brought slippers with me! It was a clean, spacious, quiet, and overall comfortable hotel!!

The service attitude is good, the environment is very clean, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to play.

The NOVOTEL hotel is in a great location. There is a large park at the door and it is less than ten minutes' walk from the river. Outside the window are the exhibition hall, Ferris wheel, ferry, and art gallery, all within walking distance. The facilities are clean and the breakfast is rich.
