Check-in was very difficult- we arrived after 5pm, so we were a "late" check-in. Unfortunately, the kiosk didn't work. The screen froze after we scanned our QR code, and we were left standing there waiting for 10 min, until we called the Customer assistance line. It took a while for the agent to understand that the screen froze, not that we didn't know what to do. They called for the caretaker to come assist, who was very helpful and nice, but it still took a while for them to arrive. All-in-all, check-in took over 45 minutes when we were already exhausted from traveling. The room was very nice though.

U can find everthing you need in that rooms. You will feel luxury. Receptionist girl was beatiful, sweet and helpful. However self check-in was not a easy task. They may add a YouTube video for this İ dont know. Furthermore İ saw two coachroches on bathroom yesterday. Then İ remembered İ was in Australia and I didnt care. Thanks for everthing particularly receptionist girl :)

It is a nice apartment at a reasonable price for such a good location. It is very convenient to walk to CBD area just by crossing the bridge or taking buses. Several F&B outlets are just in walking distance. I will stay in this apartment when I visit Brisbane next time.

All good. Very accessible to lots of restaurants and shops. Close to exhibition centre. Clean and free parking underground.

The after hours check in process was a complete mess. I couldn’t check in and had to make a call on my mobile to someone who really wasn’t that helpful. Eventually someone turned up to help us check in and his comment was “that the system isn’t the best “, FIX IT!! We weren’t the only ones that had this issue.

Overall, Arena is a convenient place to stay. It is close to supermarkets. Public transportation is at your doorstep. Pool is amazing. Office can usually accommodate requests. Cleaning staff was not the friendliest but they did their job. I will usually leave a tip for housekeeping but I was told that tipping is not required in Australia.

Easy walking distance to conference centre, train and great cafes and restaurants. Hotel pool is great & apartments very clean & comfortable

A late check-in and a little mix-up caused some grief. However, the issue was promptly resolved, and a refund was processed. The cleanliness and quality of the apartment was very high. The location and facilities were also outstanding. If I can find another pricing deal, I would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay..jus your parking yous told me on the phone was 10 dollar a day but when I got there i have to pay 50 for 2 days..other then that everything was good 👍🏾
