Decent place and location, though wouldn't recommend except to save a bit of cash.

This experience was very disappointing and nowhere near the reputation that Holiday Inn has created for itself. The first thing is the cleanliness of the room was not good. The shower grab bar was obviously dirty, and there was a hole in the wall of the bathroom that was partially covered by artwork. We were supposed to have a queen bed, but it turned out to be a full sized bed. The room phone did not work, I could not call the service desk. The towels and wash rags were not washed well, and there were not enough, only 2 of each. We missed the free breakfast for the first two days, but it was our fault. We made it on the third day, and wow, we should have just missed it again. The waffles taste terrible, cold, and very rubbery. The so-called orange juice was the most bitter thing we'd ever tasted and kept "repeating" in our throats for the next 3 days. The potatoes were horribly over seasoned, way too much garlic and rosemary. The sausage and oatmeal were the only palatable options. I was not given a receipt at checkout, and when I checked my bank account, there was a charge for $22.46. So I called the hotel to find out what the charges were for the gentleman, explaining that management charges between $7.50 to $ 8:00 each nite for some bull crap. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I did not take pictures to show what crap hole this place is, but believe be warned.

A family of three booked a room with one large bed and one sofa bed. When we entered the room, we found that the sofa bed was not ready at all. We called the front desk but no one answered the phone. We went down to ask the front desk staff in person, and then they asked the room service staff to get the sheets. The sofa bed was extremely simple and the curtains were covered with stains.

Simple breakfast, 20 minutes drive from the university, there is a western restaurant next to the hotel

The toilet was clogged, and the front desk asked me to take my child to their public toilet, and then the attitude was extremely bad! I had to argue with the Indian guy at the front desk early in the morning. I have never stayed in such a bad holiday inn!

The location is still very convenient, and the facilities are okay. It is suitable for families traveling with children. It has a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very convenient for hot food.

The air conditioner is too loud

The hotel is a simple business hotel with a price that is in line with the hotel standard.

The room design is quite comfortable, the bed is big, the overall hygiene is good, the air conditioner is an old-fashioned one, which is quite noisy. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, and there are not many choices, but the taste is good. It is quite comfortable overall and a good choice for business trips.
