The staff was wonderful. The girl at the desk was very helpful when I called from what turned out to be the rear parking lot, as I was confused about where Google had directed me to go. She got me squared away, and soon I was inside. I asked her for recommendations for where to order dinner from, and she gave me some ideas. After I'd placed my order, she directed me where to go, as it was right across the street but in a somewhat hidden spot and I was going on foot.
The building is a bit older, however, and it showed. All of the rooms were on split levels, so stairs were a necessity, which wouldn't be good for anyone with mobility issues. I did not see an elevator, or any ramps other than at the front door. The floors were squeaky, and there were water spots in the ceiling tiles. I would recommend that they look for potential black mold issues. But still, I'd stay there again.
