Good standard room for the price. Clean with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful reception staff. There’s no lift but they carried my case up and down stairs for me and Caitlin also came back up with some boxes of books that had been delivered for me. Thank you

Very warm reception. The rooms are spacious, and I absolutely loved the countryside scenery. One of the staff members, Catalin, was extremely helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. My phone was almost dead and I forgot my charger but he sorted me out and made sure I had one to use throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend and go back there.

When I arrived I came in laden with several carrier bags and a holdall to minimise journeys to and from the car. Without being asked the guy on reception offered to help. Having various health issues I gratefully accepted his offer and he carried all of them even though I suggested that I carried some of the lighter ones. I felt this showed he was prepared to go 'above and beyond' to help customers

Found it hard to find in the dark as it’s tucked away behind a petrol station. I had to go in and ask where travel lodge was. But once I found it I had a pleasant stay.

Good nights sleep. Staff friendly. Room very clean and smelled fresh. Would stay again despite the fact I couldn’t remove the plug in the bathroom sink.

Apon arrival I was greeted very politely by a lovey lady Miss Angela, Angela made me feel so instantly welcome. It's my first time here and I've been here nearly 3 weeks now and every day the staff are very attentive and consistent. Angela is a star 🌟

Looks like the Travelodge program to replace all their wonderful old showerheads with the extreme water saver new ones has reached the whole of their sites. This is the 3rd Travelodge I have stayed at where the new shower heads means instead of a 10/10 shower, you get a barely acceptable 4/10 shower. Luckily I had only paid the Sunday night rate which was not too high. Had this been a mid week stay and I had paid considerably more I would have asked for my money back. I understand they want to reduce the water usage - but come on - to go from force 10 to a weak drizzle, its too much.

I will never book this hotel again low standard. Even breakfast was not good altogether not happy with it. The TV had no Netflix only basic TV channels. You had to pay for WFi as a guest .
