Staff very kind helped with info. As tourist from Europe I traveled with my son 12 year old. Location was great for what I planned to visit: Disneyland, Malibu, Hollywood, Redondo Beach

The people from the office are very rude they don’t help you on anything they want to charge you double when you are already received the room. I don’t recommend this hotel is very bad service.

Our stay has been great. The two gentleman at the front desk are friendly, efficient and have great customer service. The cleaning ladies are nice and keep or room spotless.
