Cove Prima

This is not a hotel! Reception is just a dingy room with a makeshift desk. The stylish reception lobby posted was non existent. Room is run down and bathroom is moulding. Even the handwash sink is not built with proper plumbing. Faucet is loose and moulding. I tried to step up to check my attic bedroom and nearly stumbled, as there was no way to stabilise the flimsy drawer-step. Ottoman was filthy and too disgusting to sit on. The property was listed as a co-living rental space! The stairs creaks and is showing wear and tear. There was countless rules about inviting guests. Clearly it is not of hotel standard except the price. I checked out half an hour after checking in. The reception could not cancel my reservation. I booked another hotel nearby through trip.com. Up until now the property refused to respond to trip.com and issue a refund due to their failure to uphold their standard. This is a case of misinformation and fraudulent activity. As someone who have worked in hotel and dealt with bad experiences and refunds, this property does not live up to its listing as a ‘hotel’ property in every aspects imaginable. Should Cove properties be de-listed on trip.com for its questionable trading conduct?
