Got a free upgrade to a unit with 2 rooms. However the hotel swimming pool is under rennivation.

Due to a change in my itinerary, I ended up staying an extra night. It happened to be a weekend, so the entire building was pretty quiet with fewer people, and the convenience store was closed. This wouldn't be much of an issue if you plan to eat out, but if you're dining in the hotel, you should keep it in mind. I'd suggest ordering takeout.

Recommended need and clean and Stuff is very co-operative Specially Niken who arrange the transfers.

Vonny, the receptionist, was very, very nice. The security, bellboy, manager, and everyone else were all extremely helpful. This isn't my first time staying at this apartment. When I arrived yesterday, I had requested an early check-in via email the day before. Since a room happened to be ready, they immediately allowed me to check in because I was with my parents, who had just completed a long journey. Wishing continued success to the entire Mayflower team!

Clean rooms with great service. Reception was polite. Able to help assist in request.

The MRT is literally right in front of the hotel. Perfect if you're going to a concert at GBK using the MRT 👍

Hotel is clean and feel comfortable..environment is quiet.

One of the worst if not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, towels are black and dirty. Most of the stuff are broken down. The place does not qualify to be even a one star Hotel

Loved our stay at The Mayflower Jakarta! Super friendly and helpful staff, efficient housekeeping and a spacious, clean apartment with complete amenities. The front desk team even surprised my friends with a birthday song and small cake at checkout. Really appreciate the gesture and also how hard they tried to accommodate our requests. Would definitely stay again.

In general ok, breakfast not really good. Wasnt sure if there’s bug or something bite me during my sleep. The wound still pain in the next day.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the front desk service is excellent.
