I stayed on the 2nd floor but why wasn't the wifi detected even though I was given the wifi code? There were also lots of cockroaches in the room. Please improve the cleanliness so that these animals don't nest in the room.

It's an old hotel. I stayed at this hotel for one night when I first visited Blok M, but the facilities were too old for this price in Indonesia. I especially didn't want to go to the bathroom.
