La Boheme, Rooms and Coffee Reviews

At first, we walked from the LRT station to the hotel. The road is quite challenging for travellers with luggage. However, once we reached the hotel we felt so comfortable and relaxed. After exploring the surroundings, we are quite used to it and enjoying the shops and cafes daily. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to see Jakarta in close up. Easy walking to city center and big shopping malls.

Trendy decor, great comfort and friendly staff. Lovely night time views of the Jakarta skyscrapers all lit up. Good location in a quiet, walkable street with greenery, away from all the traffic noise yet very central.

Pros: - Managed to check in early as our flight was in the morning - has lift so no worries in carrying your luggage to our room - room is enough space for the 2 of us - bed comfortable and ac was cold - room service done via Whatsapp. Phone outside the room for other guests to use too - refill stations across the room floor which is convenient Cons: - bathroom is pretty small. If someone is claustrophobic or big sized, might not be suitable. Can be because of the room we selected so ensure to double check - there are constructions going on beside the hotel. Earplugs provided but we are ok w it. FYI to those who are sensitive to noises - there are livebands on Friday night until late. Again, we were ok w it since we kinda enjoyed the songs from our room. Earplugs provided so take note if you are sensitiveto noises! - bfast option is very, very limited. Only rice and/or noodle (both pretty hard and dry), 1 protein, 1 veggie dish. Then some fruits, 2 types of cereals, bread, and coffee. Hotel should consider adding baked beans, hash browns or tater tots, sausages, fries, etc. Those are super easy to prepare. Hope the hotel can improve

Cleanliness as okay. Was taken a back with one thing, but overall ok.

I had an exceptional experience at La Boheme.The value exceeded my expectations. The hotel's aesthetic is captivating, the reception staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Conveniently located near public transport, plus the rooftop offers a stunning view of Jakarta CBD. I'm definitely looking forward to returning.

Very nice and cozy hotel in the business downtown. Nice rooftop garden and bar.

The property is very nice, especially the rooftop and panoramic restaurant. The rooms are well-maintained and the bed comfortable, although they could use some updating. The bar and restaurant are noisy until late at night, so we recommend earplugs. The staff were very friendly. Overall, we had a great time.

The hotel is nice, but its location is somewhat inland, and there was ongoing maintenance work in the building. There was also a lot of water in the evening. The breakfast was also not very varied.
