We booked our stay for staycation with firends. Check in was easy and smooth, rooms are clean.

Came with my family to the 3-bedroom apartment. Customer service was awesome with warmth and polite ethics. Room was clean. Kitchen utensils were full set. They facilitate an easy late-check out due to an elderly with us.

Located within half an hour from places of interest and numerous shopping malls like Grand indonesia and FX Sudirman. Booking grab or gojek rides are convenient. Service is amazing. I got a free upgrade up to the 3rd bedroom suite as a birthday gift, along with birthday decorations and card. Staff were all very polite and attentive. They went through the trouble to search for and return items I left including food, in the room some 2 hours after I left the premises and checked out. Staff even kept my frozen food deliveries chilled without being asked to. Amenities and cleanliness need some improvements however with most of the items having seen better days, and seemingly aged. Breakfast buffet spread was basic. There is a mini mart in the basement which provide limited food stuff emergency items should there be a need.

The hotel itself is certainly good. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and have a good attitude. But what is the purpose of visiting Indonesia? If you travel frequently, this may be a little off, because it often takes about an hour to get to the old town or other commercial centers from here in such a bad traffic situation in Indonesia. This hotel has a nice swimming pool and breakfast is also OK, so if you are on vacation, this hotel is a very good choice. Especially its area is very large, if the family is traveling, there is also a public activity space. Frankly speaking, if you are unfamiliar with the place or the travel time is tight, it is not recommended to choose this hotel.

Apart from the advantage of the large room, everything else is just average. Hygiene is not good either. Having a water dispenser in the room is another plus. I think this is suitable for group travel because the room is large.

The room was large, but it wasn't very clean. I would like to stay at another hotel next time.

Doorman, front desk, cleaning, all staff members greet each other with smiles and say hello! The room is tidy, complete with tableware and toiletries. It's hard to find, and there is a matching washing machine, which is great. You can wash your clothes at any time when you are out of the house. Not bad 😊! Make a suggestion, redesign the restaurant menu, it is best to have pictures, not all tourists can speak Indonesian! I couldn't understand it at all, so I didn't order and went out to eat.

Very good and economical

I stay at the hotel around 5 times a year and it has always been a great experience. Large apartments, swimming pool, nice restaurant and value for money. All the staff is kind, helpful, welcoming, especially Yudha, Robby, Cynthia, Prema and Calista who make my stay feel like oje of the homes.

Excellent service from all staff right from security and front desk to room service and house keeping. It was a 15 days stay and i loved every bit of it. Though the location is not perfect, but the best thing is that the staff are extremely courteous.
