The Residences at Puri Casablanca Reviews

Had a happy staycation at Residen Puri Casablanca for 3 days and 2 nights. We were on the 32nd floor, room 05, which was a 1-bedroom unit. It was super spacious, about 70 sqm if I'm not mistaken, and very clean. It had a bathtub with hot water and complete recreational facilities like a garden, sauna, gym, 3 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, paddle court, jogging track, and more. The location is very strategic as it's close to Kokas (Kota Kasablanka mall), just a 10-minute walk away. The service was good and friendly. I'll definitely come back here again next time.

The rules at the swimming pool are really confusing and seem unfair. We were reprimanded for wearing t-shirts while swimming and weren't allowed into the pool. What annoyed me was that at the same time, several other guests were also wearing t-shirts but weren't told off at all. So, do the rules apply to all guests or just to certain ones? If there is a dress code, please apply it consistently to all visitors. Don't be selective in enforcing rules, as this makes guests feel unfairly treated. It's a great shame because one of the reasons we chose to stay at this hotel was its swimming pool facilities, but we ended up feeling uncomfortable using them. Aside from that, the hotel facilities are actually quite complete, and the service is good. However, some parts of the hotel are starting to look quite old, and I think it's time for an update to match the price and guest expectations. Hopefully, in the future, the hotel management can be more consistent in enforcing rules and improve the quality of facilities, so guests don't leave feeling disappointed.

Overall, the apartment is very good. I stayed here for 5 days and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The jogging track was great for exercise, the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, and the facilities were well maintained. The environment was peaceful, making it a comfortable place to stay. I would happily stay here again.

The bathroom had standing water, the interior was old, and the surrounding rooms were very noisy. The receptionist was not communicative.

This property is a walking distance to Kota Casablanca Mall. The one bedroom flat was huge, approx. 120 Meters. However, it is an old building and while I was there I say a few small cokroach, and one small lizard on the wall. I mean live ones. The kitchen had a microwave but very old one, like 10 to 15 years old. They had a gas cooker but no utensils and certainly to pots or pans. So, if you are looking for space and budget price, then this is for you if you don't need to cook.

Kid-friendly! There are lots of facilities... the pool is great... and there's even a mini-market downstairs, so it's easy to grab snacks or food.

Great location value for money not too expensive

All around this hotel is Cemetry. Early morning when you open the curtains you can see GRAVES. HA..HA. Near to Casablanka Mall. Very Old hotel/ apartment. Good for short stay. Staff also very kind and helpful. I got skin rash due to towels. I beleive those towels are not cleabed properly.

Good and clean place. Very spacious. A little old and the light is very dim throughout the whole apartment though. But overall is good. 8/10
