Very disappointing stay
The hotel was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. When I arrived, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. After I asked the staff to check, they found that the showerhead was clogged due to dirt buildup.
Before my stay, I messaged the hotel to confirm whether a hairdryer was available in the room. They replied that every room had one, but when I arrived, there was no hairdryer. I had to borrow one from the front desk. The next morning at 6 a.m., they knocked on my door and asked to take it back, disturbing my rest.
That evening, I asked for a hairdryer again, but was told there was only one for the entire hotel, and I had to wait until 11 p.m. The staff was not helpful and seemed unwilling to assist. He also casually mentioned that the water would be shut off for two hours after 11 p.m., which I had not been informed of at all. Very poor communication and service overall.
