For the price this hotel is pretty good , one thing that is annoying me in this hotel is the restaurant , maybe the worst food I have had in Indonesia , dinner was so bad it could have actually made me sick with raw chicken, eat outside .

I booked for my client. My client was satisified wih the hospitality here. The front desk , Putri, make sure that my client got early check in and she was proceed with every request. Thank You, Putri. Thank You Luxeur!!! 10 out of ten so far !!! Amenities was complete and the AC is also working well as requested for my client. Will be back again and try the loft ones. 🙏
