Excellent Stay at Somerset Kencana Jakarta – 3 Bedroom Premier, 36th Floor I had the pleasure of staying at Somerset Kencana Jakarta on June 15–16, booking the 3 Bedroom Premier suite on the 36th floor. From the moment of arrival, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Check-in was quick and efficient, handled professionally by the friendly front office staff, which set a welcoming tone for the stay. The apartment itself was spacious, well-appointed, and in excellent condition. Every facility was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably arranged — perfect for a short family getaway or even a longer stay. The high-floor location offered a beautiful city view, adding to the overall experience. There was a minor inconvenience during check-out: the evening front office staff on June 15 unfortunately forgot to register my vehicle with the property’s parking system. This caused a delay when exiting the premises. However, this issue was promptly and professionally resolved the next morning by the front office staff on June 16, a helpful and courteous female staff member who went the extra mile to ensure the situation was rectified smoothly. Overall, Somerset Kencana Jakarta provided a comfortable, enjoyable, and high-standard stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. The location, amenities, and level of service — with just a minor lapse quickly corrected — reflect a property committed to guest satisfaction.
