The hotel is great and we decided to stay one more night but the front desk lady (night shift) on October 20,2025 is not so friendly, she almost killed our impression on staying extra night. I love the pool and hot tub. Family recommended

The BBQ area was excellent — the environment and facilities were well maintained, and the hotel provided all the utensils we needed, which was very convenient and satisfying. However, the downside was the loud ventilation fan at night, which couldn’t be turned off and made it hard to sleep.

It was good, very close to S.Lake Tahoe downtown- main rounds. Because we went on a New Years Day, it was very crowded and lots of family which was okay. Good place overall.

❌Find your room after checking in? Maze starts here! ❌AC unit sounds like a giant hairdryer, will shock and jump you up from the bed at night.  ❌Next door’s shower even sounded louder than within.  ❌No daily housekeeping.  ❌Unsecured WiFi network.  ✅Walking distance to the lake.  ❌$27 mandatory daily valet parking fee.

The location is the best part of this hotel. It's centrally located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, right next to the Mariana/breach. The hotel is a bit aging; bedding are comfortable, but covering sheet that I got was a bit dirty. Room was a bit small but there's a kitchen, so that is a big plus. Front desk girl who checked me in was very not friendly. The resort fee is a rip off. Parking sucks and is $27/day, so I parked across the street in the residential neighborhood for free. Overall, I think it's really worth a 3-star, so paying ~$120 or below for a night during the low season is probably fine.
