It was a very nice, clean and very comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly from the very beginning. It was great to the hot tube on these cold nights, and especially better after snowboarding for most of the day. It was and overall great stay. The breakfast wasn’t 5star but it was still enjoyable for the minimalist ideas that it was. We were able to enjoy what it offered and fit our needs. The room was spacious as well. The only draw back was the shower and its lack of pressure. Had us take longer showers because of the, and what felt like, trickling of water.
Overall it was good and would consider for next time in Tahoe! 👍🏽✌🏽🏂

It snowed heavily, but the hotel didn't provide snow removal tools for customers. I had to remove the snow by hand. It took me more than an hour to do the job with my hands, which could have been done in five minutes with tools. The problem is that they still charged me for parking. If they didn't charge me for parking, I could understand. Other hotels provided free tools when it snowed before, which were only a few dollars. However, because I rented a car and didn't expect such heavy snow, I didn't prepare anything.

The hotel facilities are great, the rooms are clean, and Lake Tahoe is really beautiful in winter, but many places are closed.
